Robert came to my house the same day I called for an appointment. He was very, very knowledgeable on eliminating the huge yellow jacket problem. I have wasp entering the house through a small hole from the exterior a built a hive in the basement duct soffit. He sprayed and even inserted a powder into the hole. Wasps started dropping like flies. Robert also located the yellow jackets entry into the house. He then called building contractor to get addition thoughts on the situation. As of now, it is still to early to tell if the problem has been solved. He is scheduled to return in a few days to determine if the problem has been resolved. Robert is a very personable tech and knows what he is doing. This was the best call I could of made since the wasps were now getting into the house. Now time will tell if his work is going to succeed. Highly recommend!!! Hopefully we will have peace of mine very soon. Thank you Robert.

I was considering canceling service due to the short amount of time previous technician spent at my home usually 15 min . However, today, the technician spent over 40 minutes. He actually performed treatment / cleaning where i could tell work was performed. He also advised me on getting ready for winter and areas where mice may try to enter.

It’s been one week to Tomorrow since I requested my refund and left a message with the girl that answered the phone. She said since it was Labor Day week, someone wouldn’t call me back for a little while, but it would be this week. Never happened. I explained they have a satisfaction guarantee, and I wanted my money back because the problem is not resolved. I have asked them to come out every week now telling them the situation is Not taking care of. I have gone to the point of replacing my appliances in my kitchen.This past time I even said perhaps send a different technician however, they did not. I do not recommend this company. I have the year service and my initial payment was one hundred something. They will not find my name because I am using a different email to write this review. The phone call was placed Evening. Yesterday I went to home depot to get my own stuff since there’s does not work.

Frauds! I have so many complaints there is no room to list all. They provided one service and charged me 3 times. Supposed to be cancelled last month and refunded the fraudulent charge but now I’m charged again. Liars, thieves, frauds. The one time they came, they didn’t even solve the mosquito problem. Getting attorneys involved at this point. AND I cancelled the auto pay but their app re enrolls without warning. Oh any BTW not One person has explained these extra charges and they don’t appear on my account nor have I received a single invoice after the first and only service.

Samual was polite and nice. He didn’t have a ladder as I requested. The appointment was to be between 2-4 with a call first. There was no call and he finally arrived at 5:40 pm. He sprayed the area of the yellow jackets. He never got up and sealed the hole. They were back the next day and I had another company eradicate them. Very unhappy and paid $376. For nothing!

One phone call and a short amount of time on the same day is all it took for an Orkin Pro to arrive to my property to exterminate a rather large hornet nest, a couple of wasp nests, and some spider webs. We had bees and ants in our bathroom vent. They were active and alive coming into our house. The day Orkin was suppose to come (next day) out they called and rescheduled because of Technician qualifications in attic spaces. Meanwhile, a one year contract sold to my wife and credit card number exchanged we were waiting for service. Two days after the or Two days a technician and his helper head to my attic. I followed them up the ladder two minutes later. I am told my attic has mice and I will need remediation with my blown in insulation needing removal and their insulation blown into the attic for around 11K. They told us the bees are in the vent and that the ants are here eating the bees. When I asked about the bees they said that they were sorry and that they won’t go in the roof. When I asked when our first inspection and treatment would be conducted they said a Technician would be calling us. I called to cancel the service and was told a manager would call me before I could cancel the service.

This morning, Jerrett came to my home to perform an annual termite inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable about termites helping me to better understand these pests and how the termite bait stations are designed to combat them. I appreciated that he invited me to walk with him as he inspected the interior of my home and during his inspection of the outside walls of my foundation. He listened carefully to what I had to say and took time to answer the questions I had. Termite protection policies are expensive, but I am satisfied that I am receiving excellent customer support from Jerrett.
