These people are scammers. They don’t show up for service and when they do it doesn’t work. They also try to sell you a subscription claiming that if you are not happy, you have a money back guarantee. Well guess what, the money back guarantee applies only to the last service call. Never again Orkin!!

I hate writing a bad review but I just have to for this branch. They’ve tried to scam me multiple times. They claim to “service” my home when I’m not there and charge me for it. One time I asked them what service they did and they said they sprayed the base of my house…the odd thing is I live in an apartment on the top floor? Another time they sent me a bill in the mail for a service they did not do and I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and nobody would answer or get back to me. I could not get in contact with them so I did not pay it , and they sent the debt collectors after me. Even the debt collectors couldn’t get a hold of them on the phone. It took 5 months to resolve this conflict. The people who come and service your house are great and so friendly but I would not deal with this branch. If it was one time I would understand but this happened 3 times…save yourself the headache

Absolute waste of money. These people are unprofessional and not up front. The first service member who came looked at half of the house set up maybe $30 worth of traps and charged me $200+ and left. The next person that came out took a quick look at my garage, recommended a $1400 treatment outside of the service in already paying for and left. Do yourself a favor and use a different service- Orkin is a complete scam. They’ll try to scare you into buying expensive products and don’t actually fix any of your issues. They wouldn’t even get rid of pest droppings in the garage.. which would be a deterrent by the way. Update: I requested to have my account cancelled the day I wrote this review, as of 11/6, they have continued to bill me- I have requested cancellation multiple times and now cant reach them on the phone or find an option on their website to cancel my account. Not sure if what they’re doing is even legal but please save your money and look elsewhere

Like clockwork, the Orkin inspector shows up every year to make sure there's no termite activity (we did have a massive attack about 20 years ago). Made the appointment and the inspector arrived right on schedule, performed a business-like inspection and gave me (thankfully) a nothing-to-worry-about report.

Orkin did a great job for our home. They were responsive to our request, always respond to emergencies, and have been able to get to us the same day at times. We are thinking of switching from our regular pest control to Orkin because they have been so great!

Annual termite inspection was efficient and complete. Both inside and exterior inspection. Provided guidance on eliminating entry points for other pests such mice. Spent time answering questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been using Western/Orkin for over 35 years.

Their response to my inquiry was impressive. Recommendations sounded reasonable, I implemented and now have to wait a bit to see if they're effective. Beyond that, the fellow who I worked with (Ray) was knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Again, we'll see how their "treatment" works.

I had yellow jackets getting into my kitchen. My regular pest company came out twice but we're unable to resolve the issue. I called Orkin Ashburn at 4:50pm on a Saturday and spoke to Roger who was extremely patient and thorough in getting the details of my issue. He was able to schedule a technician for Monday morning. The tech arrived on time and assessed my situation. After some time he had to call in another inspector to make a further assessment. Although the point of entry was not determined, the tech was able to pump a powder under the roofline of my kitchen bay window. I killed 2 yellow jackets later that day but haven't seen any since then. I'm beyond satisfied and happy knowing my kids can eat meals in the kitchen without deal of getting stung. My needs were fully met, and my expectations were exceeded. I would definitely recommend Orkin Ashburn.
