He was very thorough in spraying inside and outside and even the garage. Very nice young gentleman with good customer service skills . Reggie is my tech he is so thorough and knowledgeable about everything I ask..Since I started with u guys I have been assured that my problem could be fixed ( mice or RATS as I called them). Look I think I called every week for about a month Reggie tried and did everything, he put up with my histaria and fears and walked me through what would be next...Now I can say 2 to 3 months later. I actually forgot I had an appointment when Reggie he showed up . .I had to think a minute when he called and said he was out side..wait who is this again...We laughed and he went check everything and said see next visit..I just have to say he really helped me to love my beautiful building again..Thank you Orkin Reggie is the best!! They were good in the beginning been with them over a year but now they come half do things and are rude to tenants at my property. Use to have good customer service now when I call rep cuts me off instead of listening. I will remain a customer because I have faith that they will get it back together. Update considering leaving at this point has not got any better.

I thought my crawl sill plate was cleaned, sanitized and new insulation installed, but afterwards, another service found the condition in the attached photo.
