Very Friendly & Knowledgeable service Representative.Was NOT Comfortable with his decision to Not apply new Serpintine steelwool to Known past entryways of the mice.,However, time will tell. I agreed to trust his judgment. It's only been 24hrs since the assessment, so far,I've not seen OR Heard any Activity since; Will definitely keep the Orkin office updated.. I had such a great experience with Orkin! Their team was incredibly professional and explained everything to me in detail so I felt completely reassured. They inspected the problem areas around my home, sealed entry points with mesh and made sure I understood how the treatment worked and what to expect. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient and respectful of my home. They didn’t rush, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. A 1day job turned into 4 different visits over the span of 2.5weeks. Work we agreed on wasn’t even completed initially prompting us to request they come back. They did work on the garage that we did not want done and had verbalized that we would manage ourselves. The work they do the first 3 visits was so messy and subpar I don’t know how they could have been ok with that workmanship. Holes not filled, concrete spilled on the driveway, concrete that was filled looked horrible and they never even touched the crawl space (which was the main work we wanted). WE had to contact the sales rep, and supervisor multiple times to get this rectified. Sales rep would either not respond to messages or would direct us somewhere else. Techs called us asking us what they were suppose to be doing when they came back. No one ever reached out to us to clear the issues up that they created. Horrible communication between company and customer and between themselves. Will never recommend or use again.

Customer Review for Anthony – Orkin Service Technician Anthony is awesome! He’s always polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrives on time, works quickly but thoroughly, and takes pride in what he does. I really appreciate how he answers all of my questions—and if he doesn’t know something right away, he follows up with his manager to make sure I get the right information. I also appreciate his attention to detail, like wearing shoe covers in my home to keep things clean. Overall, Anthony provides excellent service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Orkin technician for their home. Thank you!

Anthony from Orkin was nice and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint where the bees were coming from. He sprayed everywhere and gave helpful hints of what to look for. He offered great customer service to me and my Home. I would definitely give him a five star rating.

You can instantly tell that he truly loves what he does, and that passion shines through in the way he takes care of people. So far so good. I had my first service visit and the technician Mr. Darrell Owens was amazing. He gave me all kinds of helpful tips and was very thorough. So far I am very happy with my decision to go with Orkin to get rid of my pest issues. Mr. Owens deserve a raise! In addition, he caught to mice in less than 24 hours. Mr Owens is amazing!

The inspection was probably the ONLY good part of the experience. The technician was a no show (scheduled for 10am to noon -- we have a 2 month old and schedules of our own to maintain). "Delayed" according to the number we had to call. Zero communication to the actual customer. Their 'compensation' for the mishap was $20 off next month's service.. but because we were on Easy Pay, it couldn't be applied. So, all we received was a verbal apology with nothing to show for it. They also lied about our bill, which thankfully we had the agreement on our phone to catch them in the lie, otherwise they would have charged us extra on top of their poor service. We immediately canceled the order, demanded a refund, and booked Terminex instead. Orkin, your lack of communication and proper work ethic lost you a job to your competitors.. that in itself is bad business. Even if it's only one customer now, lack of change will result in many more. Do NOT let this happen to other potential customers.
