Came back after a few years of using them. At first they were great. But over time the technician started arriving either very late outside of their estimated arrival or they didn’t show up at all. Our “contract” states we have to have services a minimum of once a month. So when they schedule our services at the end of the month and don’t show, it throws everything off. The first technician was never very thorough. In and out in 5 mins. The second one was great. He took his time and covered every inch of our house with our concerns. Both of those technicians left for some reason and after being stood up TWICE in two consecutive months, the manager had to drive an hour to our house because no one else showed or rescheduled.

I received a visit from my Orkin representative today and was thoroughly please with the atmosphere he came through the door with and left with. When I answered the door he introduced himself and there was a smile on his face. He was ready to do the work that was required of him. After finishing his task and answering all questions I asked of him he was on his way to another job. I was thoroughly satisfied with our visit today.

Charged for a service that was never completed. Two weeks of trying to speak to someone In management to help resolve the issue without a phone call. Kim and Angelica both state a manager will reach out but never happens. Ended up canceling the service. No complaints for at least a year however, if there’s an issue I wouldn’t expect to get it resolved.

Our technician, Danny, is a super customer oriented person who aims to make them happy. But then he also is extremely smart when it comes to his job. We called for carpenter ants. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and the person on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful and nice! My technician (Seth) was also nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived about 10 min ahead of schedule and provided me with details of what he’d be doing. He left bait and traps in addition to spraying inside and outside. The treatment seems to be working well as it’s been a little over a week, and we haven’t seen any activity.
