I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Demorris Knox on April 7, 2025 when he came to do a termite inspection at my home. I had made an appointment for the Termite inspection, and the inspector who told me he was coming, did not show up. Mr. Knox did. He was professional and attentive to my concerns. He not only completed my ( inside and crawlspace) inspection, but checked the termite bait stations. Unfortunately, when I made my appointment and asked for the inspections, it was not for the bait stations. I guess that was my fault, although, that was what I was expecting. Mr. Knox found active and energetic termites in several bait stations that he opened. After taking pictures of the activity, he assured me that he would write up his findings and give them to the Branch Manager for a complete followup. Unfortunately, for me, Mr. Knox works out of the Little Rock, AR Orkin office. He was in my area of Brighton, TN to help out the Memphis, TN office. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Knox for taking my concerns seriously and really listening. He was empathetic and professional and is truly an asset to the Little Rock, AR Orkin office.

Having trouble getting them to come out to fix my door and to check the traps, I pay 3500 dollars to have the rat and mice kill and my dog is going a better job the them. Just look at my front door it a 3000 dollar door and look what they did.look around the door just more work .well I can’t get the photos to show my door has gray stuff around my door and the Mortar is brown When or can order there was something else? Just the Worst.
