I have a few problems with roaches, ants and wasp. The technician did a great inspection finding the sources of my problems and addressed them aggressively. I honestly thought Orkin was a high priced service but fortunately it was quite reasonable for a 1 year contract. Im very pleased so far.

It was a good experience with Orkin. Sheila was the person at the office that set me up and she was wonderful. DeMorris knox was the tech that came to my home. He did a thorough job. I can't attest to the results yet because he came today. He gave his card and is available at any time. Very friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with Orkin from start to finish. When I called to schedule, the team was very patient, listened to all of my concerns, and answered my questions—especially around safety, which I really appreciated. The scheduling employee also let me know the technician’s name and arrival time ahead of time, which made me feel much more comfortable. I also received a notification when the technician was about 20 minutes away, which was very helpful. Our technician, Zach, was excellent. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, and made sure I understood how the treatment would work. I also noticed that the treatment began working immediately. Overall, I felt very informed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

I had a home inspection that found many entries into my home. There was an abundance of rodents while I was away from home. They took care of that. There are still entries into my home that 3 of your inspectors have said that someone will need to come and take care of. I was told twice that the person who did that would contact me, the last time was mid October. The work should have been completed last December I think that I have given plenty of money to have to never worry about it again. It seems that I am being ignored and left to figure it out for myself. I am aware of 2 very open entries into my crawl space. The last 2 inspectors said there were 2 more that i was unaware of. They said it would be taken care of. I have seen evidence that a rodents has been in my home. I will not recommend your company, if asked. You haven't taken care of me like you said that you would.
