When I answered the door he introduced himself and there was a smile on his face. He was ready to do the work that was required of him. After finishing his task and answering all questions I asked of him he was on his way to another job. I was thoroughly satisfied with our visit today.

Charged for a service that was never completed. Two weeks of trying to speak to someone In management to help resolve the issue without a phone call. Kim and Angelica both state a manager will reach out but never happens. Ended up canceling the service. No complaints for at least a year however, if there’s an issue I wouldn’t expect to get it resolved.

We called for carpenter ants. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and the person on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful and nice! My technician (Seth) was also nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived about 10 min ahead of schedule and provided me with details of what he’d be doing. He left bait and traps in addition to spraying inside and outside. The treatment seems to be working well as it’s been a little over a week, and we haven’t seen any activity.
