Our technician, Danny, is a super customer oriented person who aims to make them happy. But then he also is extremely smart when it comes to his job. We called for carpenter ants. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and the person on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful and nice! My technician (Seth) was also nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived about 10 min ahead of schedule and provided me with details of what he’d be doing. He left bait and traps in addition to spraying inside and outside. The treatment seems to be working well as it’s been a little over a week, and we haven’t seen any activity.

After at least a year of incompetence and scammy behavior by Terminex, I switched to Orkin and haven't looked back since. It's like night and day. They've been completely dedicated to meeting the needs of my and my family with excellent customer service and professionalism. The technician was friendly, thorough, and comforted me by letting me know that he would be back in two weeks to treat my home again at no cost to me. And they gave me a very affordable rate so that I can have it done every month. I was very pleased, even though I'm still seeing some the day after, he told me the course the bugs would take in their being gone completely. It's just a process that has to take place in getting there.

They didn’t spray every room. It’s like they brought fleas into our house .. we already pretty much had gotten rid of the fleas and now.. they are back. Mixed communication on all parties. I’m very unhappy. I spent too much money and they took too long to come help with our issue. Do not hire this company

We are having a big problem with ants inside our kitchen. Seth Johnson was our technician and he did a thorough job both inside and out, spraying and putting down pesticide to take care of our problem. We are still having ants but recognize it will take a while for the application to work. We were very impressed with Seth’s professionalism and courtesy.

The experience was wonderful lol my tech was actually someone I knew very well. I grew up him and his family. We were neighbors went to school together and played outside with each other they are very good people. My tech explained everything he was doing every Step of the way. He was very professional and I’m not just saying this because I know him. However last night when I came home from work I saw a few bugs in my kitchen. How long does it last take for the treatment to work? This is day 3 that my home has been treated
