She told me that they had many clients who had struggled to find someone to help them, and that they were often the only solution for many clients. When I heard that I was sure I was going to be gouged. When there is only like one company that provides a service you know you are going to get screwed. When Jim arrived I think I was kind of rude, expecting to hear some BS price, but he did not gouge me at all. He was very professional, told me a price that was far less than I expected, and then he did the job. It was over in like 45 minutes. No more raccoon. What a job he did. They sure destroyed my first impression."”

“Alex came out for almost 2 months after he treated our house for rats. As part of the agreement he wanted to make sure that there were no rats there were still present after the work he had done. I know that was written down and it was an expectation, but I honestly didn't expect them to keep coming out. However, like clockwork, he came out every week to check. After eight weeks he was sure that they were gone. He gave us a guarantee though, so if they ever did come back he be back. I don't think you'll need to come back though.”
