I’m actually in the process of looking for alternative pest control providers because Orkin doesn’t seem to spray for what you want them too! Only what they want to! All they ever do is spray for mosquitoes and I pay for to have everything done, especially wasps since that’s why I needed in the first place! Well they were just here about 2 weeks ago and I have like 3 wasps nest around my deck!!! I recommend someone else!!!

I would give zero Stars if I could. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. First, we had them for 4 months and still had the same problem we started with. The treatment did not work at all. Second, terrible customer service. All I asked was that they call me before they show up. I'm lucky enough that I own my own business and can step away from what I'm doing and go to my home at any given time. That wasn't enough. They would show up early or late and wouldn't call me before and. I asked them every time to call me. They couldn't do it.

Nathanial Cheatom was very polite and answered all of our questions. Sprayed inside and outside. He even cleaned off the spider webs off the inside of the porch!!! Highly recommend Orkin and Nathanial. Also, Orkin keeps you informed with texts and emails of when they will be coming out.

After much worry and confusion the last couple weeks over a specific situation, I am very grateful to enjoy peace of mind this evening. Nathan was super helpful and patient with me, even allowing me to ask him all sorts of questions. He went everywhere I asked. THANK GOODNESS FOR ORKIN! I live in Hawthorne at Lily Flagg Apartments, where we pay for pest control (Cook’s Pest Control) in our lease. However, we’ve had a drain fly problem almost since we moved in April 2023. The flies return each year in May, driving us crazy and making us MISERABLE. This year, I paid for an Orkin treatment out of pocket (since my apartment complex refused to reimburse me), but we still had flies. I called Orkin out again, and the technician suggested that there must be another apartment with the flies, as well. I asked around and discovered my neighbor had the same problem. Orkin came back out and treated the other apartment. They also gave us advice on how to minimize the problem while the poison worked. Within days, the number of flies dropped. After a couple of weeks, the flies were practically nonexistent. As of today, we have been fly-free for weeks!!! I wish I had hired Orkin sooner instead of dealing with the incompetence at Cook’s and the insensitivity at the leasing office. If you’re looking for good, dependable, caring service, I highly recommend Orkin.

I Highly recommend them. Very fast and professional. The tech that came out Michael J was very professional and did excellent. Did not have to wait on him he was 10 minutes early and explained everything very throughly and was super nice! Took care of our problems and we will continue to use them!

Had orkin for nearly a year and a half, I initially contracted them to assist in eliminating a German cockroach problem in my (then 3 year old double wide trailer) at first it seemed to be working, and we did see a reduction in population... But 6 months in we were still seeing them, the customer service assured me that they would eliminate them for me to be patient and give the poison time to work. A year in I still had cockroach presence and it seemed they actually were coming back a little stronger. I complained again, said its been a year and it only seems to have gotten worse. They fed me more bull shit to keep me complacent and basically fed me more of "trust the process" and we will double up on the spraying process ect.. I finally just decided to drop them completely. So not only did they not fulfill their guarantee to eliminate the pest, they pretty much took my money, said w/e they could to shut me up on the phones and keep me complacent so I wouldn't rock the boat too much. Lastly the organization of this company is lunacy, every two months we would have a different pest control serviceman and they often had no clue what the previous tech sprayed prior, and majority of the techs sent to our home were either unprofessional (one complained relentlessly that being assigned to our home on his route GREATLY inconvenienced his day) to others just plain appearing inexperienced or incompetent. We had one good tech and we got him twice in a row, and when he serviced us it was the only time the roach problem seemed to subside. All in all I feel like this company is dog 💩 and you as a consumer would be far better off solving your pest problem on your own, or hiring cooks or pretty much any other pest control company

I have never been so disappointed in a service. The spider issue we’ve had is only getting worse since our treatment. We never had an inspector come out like he was supposed to. Mike that did our initial treatment even called him to tell him about us needing an inspection and he said “I don’t know anything about it” and never followed up with us. While Mike was in my home he grabbed my child’s baby formula and criticized the fact that it had soy product in it and told me my son would turn out feminine because of it. I never want to use this service again and I would like my money back for the lack of communication and respect from your employees. $300 initially and $90 is a joke.
