I have been a loyal customer of Orkin Pest Control for years. Because of the excess rain we have been experiencing in our area coupled with long periods of humidity, our home accumulated an influx of spider webs along our perimeter doors and windows. I called the office and within a couple of days they dispatched an outstanding technician named Samuel Vann Flemons. He was extremely professional, attentive to our concerns and rectified the problem quickly. Great asset to Orkin.

Let’s try answering the phones or returning calls. We are paying customers needing a respray and have tried to get in touch with your office for 3 days now with no success. Business etiquette is a dying art these days. EDIT: Company responded to my low review of not answering calls to recommend that I CALL. I just did that yet again, 9 hours later and left yet another message. How about you reach out to ME to discuss at the number I left on the 4 voicemails.

Men’s was the first person I spoke with. She was perfect for her role on the team. She is pleasant, easy to talk to and very patient! The communication is impeccable. I had text reminders about the upcoming apt a phone call from Tommy, to let me know the timeframe would be delayed and auto updates letting me know he was headed there and when he arrived. I had another tech reach out by text to schedule a complimentary inspection. I was a bit confused about this one because I thought the tech coming out at the previously scheduled time was doing everything. The second inspection was complimentary though and focused on entry/exit points. He wasn’t able to make the set time but did communicate with the tenant to let her know. Overall A+ on communication!

It started out well, but I’m almost 900$ in and they told me( since there were no active live bugs they are through. No live bugs? I have kept bugs I’ve killed.i have proof. Do you really think I would keep my house and life turned upside down if I weren’t seeing bugs. Obviously you can’t get rid of them. I won’t be paying you any more money for something you obviously can’t take care of. I’ll hire someone else. You should have asked me if there were still live bugs. Not assumed. Your tech said ( odd job) why?

Jose was prompt and very thorough in checking both attics, crawl space, interior of house and garage along with outside. He recommended several options, explaining the "why" for each and itemizing individual costs. He was very professional but also quite personable--a valued employee!

I basically donated money to this establishment, because the partial treatments was mediocre. I live in a two story and they would only treat the first floor. The second treatment got rescheduled by Orkin, said it was too soon. One guy kept asking personal questions, which made me uncomfortable. I called to cancel and was told to give them another try, to see how my second treatment would go. Well, it didn't. It surely seems like a water treatment. I had to go out to home depot after the first treatment to purchase pesticides and started treating myself. It's a new construction home and we really needed a good pest company. Bugs kept reappearing and they would never come out when schedule. I called a few times to speak with a manager and they continue to dodge me. I asked for a refund and all I received was $18 for the partial month that the service was canceled. And I still haven't heard back from the manager ans it's been at leastvtwo months now. Madison, AL
