Received a call about scheduling a follow up for prior services. Was asked when would it be convenient for me to have them come check to ensure everything is still good. Our tech checked the previous work and did a walk a round of the house checking for any signs of anything trying to get in the house. I mentioned seeing some dust/dirt/debris where they treated. Was advised it appeared to be old from initial visit but was informed that just to be sure, they would come and retreat that area again and would send a text for that service.

2 men came, both were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got between crack and nooks that other providers didn't bother with when I had previously used them with no results. They inspected the underside of my home and are going to be doing the attic next time around ( I had to much blocking it to get to it today). So far the result just in the first day alone have killed a ton of the German cockroach problem we had gotten along with the place when we bought it. Iv done all of the home remedies and used other companies to no avail and Orkin seems to have a pretty good grasp on what they are doing so I'm just gonna let the pros handle it

A few months ago I had problems with raccoon infestation in my attic. I called Orkin and they came promptly to inspect. Layne did a thorough inspection and determined the needs. Two days later a team of people came out and replaced the attic insulation, repaired the entrance holes created by the raccoons and I've had no further problems. Recently I did notice raccoons in the yard and was concerned about re-infestation. I called Layne Boothe and he came out two hours later and did a thorough inspection of the house, attic, crawlspace and yard reassuring us that there were no problems with the raccoons as far as further damage. The personnel were very friendly, willing to answer questions and courteous.

Excellent customer service and first visit. Tina was very pleasant and helpful over the phone, giving me information and setting up my appointment. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and the price was less than I expected it to be. Also, Sam came out for our first treatment. He was knowledgeable and listened intently on what our issues were and explained in detail what he was doing. The best thing about the service was that we can take it with us when we move out of state in a couple of months!
