“Paid last two invoices by check as always. Checks were cashed by Hoskins, but apparently not posted our account. Rec'd invoice saying we owed for last two treatments. Not happy with accounting or the weed control that is not working. Called and left two voicemails with no response. Very unhappy.”

“Tech came on a day that was never confirmed and I was leaving for work. They called the wrong number and said they would reschedule to come do inside of house...never heard from them. Now I am seeing roaches so I call and tell customer service gentleman the issue and he literally laughs at me. He told me he would find out the issue and I asked him to see if we should be charged for a bi-monthly application we never received and I never heard back from him. So frustrated.”
