“I had been using a national pest control company for 5 years since moving into our new house. I never felt compelled to switch until they kept running into issues with our billing. They never seemed to be able to get us on any type of auto payment plan and writing a check 3 or 4 times a year seems silly to me. We called Macy's, had a tech out to the house very quickly and I was impressed at how thorough the inside service was. Even more impressive, the day after our next service my debit card was charged for the contract amount and I had no outstanding bills to worry about. With a 4 and 7 year old at home I also like the fact that Macy's uses all green pest control products. Recently we had some ants show up. We messaged Macy's on Facebook with a picture of the area. They called us, scheduled a time to come out, took care of the problem under our contract and left my wife with a great impression. Macy's gets it right. Their service is on par or better than anyone we have used. They lead the industry in adoption of green products. And their use of tech is much better than their national competitors. Thumbs up.
