We started our service w Orkin (Jamerson) and he was great and very compassionate after the hurricane. He was always in a good mood and answered all of my questions. He was one of the best pest control guys we’ve ever used. Then Eric got assigned to us… he was great too, a real sweetheart and very professional! I hope these employees get treated wonderful from their bosses and give them a huge raise because they are the reason we stay with Orkin! The care that is given to our home, I hope is returned to Jamerson and Eric!

I love Orkin. I normally never leave a Review but after what happened today, this needs to be posted. However since our normal tech retired. We have not been getting the best service. They schedule an appointment from 10- 12 and the tech shows up at 7:30. I was barely out of bed and then he didn't even want to come in and spray the inside of the house. We are paying monthly for inside/outside service. Never sprayed the porch, pretty sure he didn't do the fence line or around the shed. Super disappointed in the service I received today. I know you all can do better. So disappointed when you pay for a service and feel like you have to beg them to do the job correctly. So sad.

Nice to have a notification before the visit. Was able to watch the service being performed and he did such a thorough job. It is nice to have the techs report along with what was used. Have used Orkin over a year, since they started they took care of a rat problem, exterminated the few cockroaches we had seen. Have tried to recommend to others in the park.

This company was recommended by another local pest control company that does fumigation. I called and spoke to rep. Steve and was told in order to obtain a quote for their services, an inspection by their inspector is required to be present. Told him I am out of town for a couple of weeks, and my brother can let the inspector into my home. Steve said they will not do any inspections unless the homeowner is present, no explanation, just kept repeating himself like a parrot. Thank you, Steve, for the crystal clear clarification!!! So, long story short, this company will not conduct an initial inspection of your home, unless you can present an id showing your name matching the deed to your home, no exceptions. Even if someone lives with you full time, but their name isn't on the deed, don't bother calling. Top notch customer service from this company.
