“This company is extremely unprofessional. They bill for services which they do not provide. After nearly a year of being promised credits they still have done nothing. Their technicians do not thoroughly treat properties and do not solve any of the problems. The Virginia Beach office has gone through numerous changes in management and personnel and continues to be poorly run. Best advice is to beware and stay away. Don't expect to receive a return call, they won't do it, and hope the complaint goes away.”

“Read your contract. Look for a "Hold Harmless" clause. You will have to pay for any damage they cause. Inspect the materials they use to see if it is as per your contract.”
