“This company was contracted through our main inspection company. The termite inspector came to the home late, acted very unprofessional and informal and barely checked any true issue. The inspector claimed that there were no options for him to see. He insisted on a $30 payment and guaranteed a written report within 48 hours. We have not received the report to date. Additionally, the inspector was extremely informal asking to be invited over to the home and previewing other spaces beyond the scope of the contracted job. Lastly, the inspector left within 30 minutes of arriving. Do not use this company. Update: I assume the company owner(s) received notification regarding the poor review I made. A representative emailed myself, another contracted company and our contracted agent to outline their disgruntled response regarding the review, which was woefully unprofessional. I hope this is not a common practice to personally address poor reviews with all associated parties/clients. However, it further proves that the company is unprofessional.”
