“My rental company uses this pest company. Recently they were sent to our community to do some preventative treatment for the units. Well I come home and notice that something on my coffe table is now broken after the guy came to treat my apartment. Of course I reported this to my rental company only to be told there is nothing they nor Owl Pest will or can do about it because there is no proof the guy broke it. Take responsibility and properly train your people! The guy was obviously trained on how to pick it back up and place it on my table so it didn't look like something was wrong until I got a little closer. Very disappointing.”

“Landmark Apartments Rental Office let your company in my apartment without telling me. However if this was a pest control service it was not done professionally. The man only went in my kitchen as my cameras show. He never sprayed by the window in the living room where most of the time ants come from its getting hot but WHY DO I HAVE TO TELL A COMPANY THAT SMH......Anyway it show that he was leaving but he stopped to look at all the pictures on my wall. He stayed at one picture for a minute or two. Then he came back and flashed his light on all my family pics WHY?.....He left my kitchen rugs wet and the floor was very wet WHY?.....Why didn't he spray the bedroom? Why didn't he spray the hallway? Why didn't he spray the living room? I care less what Quest Corp or Landmark Apartment paid. That was unprofessional and you have some strange men working for this company. I tried to upload the video from my home footage 4/18/2019 11:39am but I can't however would love to send it to the owner email just reply here. I would never use your company.”
