“Let me first say I have never written a review for anything anywhere. This was an expensive service though to exclude bats in my home and just feel cheated out of a lot of money. They came out 3 times and well didn't show up for the fourth time so I got on the roof myself and for the time being finished the job. I was refusing to do this because its a service and they should be accountable. This process was essentially 3 months because every time they don't do the job you wait about 2 weeks for them to have time to fix it.”
