He was very thorough, he was friendly. He treated all areas of our home inside and out, he explained each area to us and how he was treating it. He pointed out any bugs he saw, and how those would be treated. He brushed down all the outside areas and treated the as well. We are extremely happy with Brandon Shidler’s customer service and will definitely be requesting him for future appointments.

Tranquilino Avila is a fantastic technician! He came to our home and went above and beyond. Not only did he thoroughly spray, but he also took the time to share valuable information and helpful tips. He never rushed the job and made sure all of our questions were answered. I truly appreciate this level of professionalism and customer service. Thank you so much!

Ricky was an excellent tech! He was thorough with his inspection and very clear on other issues I did not even know we had. I am happy we chose Fox Pest Control!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially on someone with a stutter, but the sales rep that came to our home today was, without a doubt, the shadiest and worst salesman we've had to endure. I wish I caught his name but he was a younger male with a stutter speech impediment. Long story short, he came over unannounced like most salesman, we've been having minor bug problems that I've been treating so I agreed to hear him out. Service sounded decent but once he told us the price, I told him we were not interested. He kept lowering the price several times despite me telling him we were not interested. Finally, he got to a price point I'd be willing to consider and told him to leave a card so I can do research on the company and figure it out if it was true that I can return my products to Pestie for a full refund as the salesman said. The salesman then became frustrated and immediately walked away and complained that I wasted his time. As he walked away, he began to brag that he makes "hundreds of thousands of dollars per year" and that I'm affecting his salary by wasting his time. A few minutes later, he came by to grab a flyer he left at my house and again bragged about the "hundreds of thousands of dollars" he makes every year and again complained about wasting his time. On the bright side, maybe I saved some neighbors' time to not deal with this low character salesman and if these are the type of people working at this company, it's for the best he reacted this way before I waste our time and money with this company because we were going to sign up assuming the research and refund came out like he said it would.

The service that we received today during our regular three pest control visits was excellent! The technician, Ricky Lerma was excellent and very professional and friendly. He did a throw job from beginning to end. I hope to continue receiving this kind of service throughout my contract with Fox Pest Control. Thank you and we need more competent and hard working like Rick. GREAT JOB!

Josh Asbury was very cordial and respectful. Josh carried out the pest control inspection and treatment thoroughly and dutifully. Josh went over the entire visit workflow and clearly explained his findings and the plan of action for future interventions. We are happy Josh will continue to provide the pest control and maintenance services at our residence.

I highly recommend Fox Control. Lavan Ríos has been taking care of the pest control treatments for both of our homes and has done an excellent job. He is always professional, punctual, and very thorough with his work. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the treatments are done properly. Since he started servicing our properties, we’ve noticed a big improvement. It’s great working with someone reliable who truly cares about the quality of their service. Thank you, Lavan, for your professionalism and great work.
