One of your drivers this morning on 11-11-25 at approx 7:30am was driving extremely reckless. The lady driving had blonde hair and almost clipped my car from the front passenger side by cutting me off. Had I not slammed my brakes she would’ve hit me. I am appalled someone would drive like this in a company car. License plate VTF3986 and truck number 100162. I work for personal injury attorneys and people like this are the reason my employers get so much business. Reckless driving! Please train your drivers to follow the rules of the road. It keeps them and everyone around them safe.

Mr. Moore was very professional and thorough in handling our situation. We use Fox services for our monthly pest control (ants and spiders). He came by for indoor inspection and we mentioned that we continue to see ants and spiders. He did find the areas where the ants were, but upon inspecting our property noticed that two of our tree stumps had termites. He provided us with the information of services they offer. We opted with the 5 year treatment plan which was a total of $2922.75. We had him come by a couple days later for the termite treatment. I had other questions that I hadn’t thought about initially. He answered all my questions and concerns. I must say that Mr. Jeff Moore is knowledgeable as well as professional. We appreciate that Fox Pest Control always emails the customer a copy of the pictures of areas of concern, areas of treatment, and what treatment was used. It would be helpful if the areas of concern were addressed during the visit to explain how areas could be resolved. For example, my driveway and cement patio are areas of concern. I’m not sure how those can be managed!? We find emails to be easier to save versus having extra paperwork. Thank you Mr. Jeff and Fox Pest Control for all your services!

Fox technician T. Avila was very knowledgeable and very helpful with us. I thought I didn’t need pest service in my house but he changed my mind. Mr. T. Avila showed all the wasp, ant, and other insect activity on the outside of my house. I am very thankful and will continue as a customer with Fox Pest Control.

Christopher Almanza was so helpful. Went out of his way to exceed our expectations and was understanding of our situation at home. He was able to complete our quarterly service and explained what he was doing and why. If the owners see this, please consider making him our regular technician. Excellent service by Chris. Can’t say the same about one of the customer service reps I spoke with last month on the phone, thought. “Then what is it you want me to do?” is not a proper way to handle a customer grievance or request. Fox has been servicing my home for many years, and I have been very pleased with their service. Azul is our technician, and she is incredibly detailed and responsible. She has gone the extra mile several times, demonstrating professionalism and consistency. I can't stand companies that send different technicians for each visit. I don't want strangers in my house; I need to feel comfortable with who enters my home.
