I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially on someone with a stutter, but the sales rep that came to our home today was, without a doubt, the shadiest and worst salesman we've had to endure. I wish I caught his name but he was a younger male with a stutter speech impediment. Long story short, he came over unannounced like most salesman, we've been having minor bug problems that I've been treating so I agreed to hear him out. Service sounded decent but once he told us the price, I told him we were not interested. He kept lowering the price several times despite me telling him we were not interested. Finally, he got to a price point I'd be willing to consider and told him to leave a card so I can do research on the company and figure it out if it was true that I can return my products to Pestie for a full refund as the salesman said. The salesman then became frustrated and immediately walked away and complained that I wasted his time. As he walked away, he began to brag that he makes "hundreds of thousands of dollars per year" and that I'm affecting his salary by wasting his time. A few minutes later, he came by to grab a flyer he left at my house and again bragged about the "hundreds of thousands of dollars" he makes every year and again complained about wasting his time. On the bright side, maybe I saved some neighbors' time to not deal with this low character salesman and if these are the type of people working at this company, it's for the best he reacted this way before I waste our time and money with this company because we were going to sign up assuming the research and refund came out like he said it would.

One of your drivers this morning on 11-11-25 at approx 7:30am was driving extremely reckless. The lady driving had blonde hair and almost clipped my car from the front passenger side by cutting me off. Had I not slammed my brakes she would’ve hit me. I am appalled someone would drive like this in a company car. License plate VTF3986 and truck number 100162. I work for personal injury attorneys and people like this are the reason my employers get so much business. Reckless driving! Please train your drivers to follow the rules of the road. It keeps them and everyone around them safe.
