I’ve been with fox for a little over a year. And sometimes I get technician visits that are just spraying the outside BUT today *Hunter Brister* came and did an AMAZING job. He took the time to take webs and nests down and was careful with my property. He was amazing- I’m glad he was the gentleman to come service my property. Thank you for your great work Mr. Brister.

Used them before Covid and they were great. I had to cancel for a couple of years, but hired them back and things are horrible. The portal and website are horrible. Everything is one way for them to connect to you, but not to them. When I call I am hold for literally hours with no person ever answering. I have left a voice mail numerous times and never have had a returned call, ever! The service is scant and poorly done. Surface spraying ants is not any way to treat or prevent them. I have to demand they bait the ants properly. The tech I keep getting is ill trained and does not do the perimeter areas properly nor the interior. Sorry they became this poor and non customer orientated. Almost seems like they do not want customers to contact them at all. I will go back to ABC pest control when this contract ends. I paid more, but the service was easily far better than this!

I’ve used many many pest control companies, probably 6 in the last 3 years, 3 of them being door to door reps. I’ve had good, bad, and sub par experiences. I was skeptical at first, but they offered a great deal, so I agreed to try them out. I can confidently say that Fox is by far the best company I’ve used. They were very thorough and attentive in making sure all my webs and nests were taken care of, and they treated my whole yard (for a fair price)!! I highly recommend using them, you won’t be disappointed!

Just setup service with Fox pest control and it was super easy to enroll and communicate with the pest control guy coming out. Tyson was the sales person who came to introduce him self and told us step by step of services Fox overs. He was very knowledgeable of different bugs and what we needed to get done on our initial visit. Hunter was the pest control guy that came to the house and did an awesome job of communicating and letting us know he was on his way. Unfortunately we were not home but it was no problem letting him know and him still getting the job done servicing areas outside. He even sent out a summary of what he did and treatment he had to put. Awesome job guys!!

Called to have wasps nests removed and the salesman convinced me that I would be taken care of so much so I signed up for regular service so I would never have to worry about it again. They came and treated and I received a text they were done. Went to check and there was still a nest. One was taken/smashed down and the other was obviously still there. Called them immediately to let them know they were not done. Was told they couldn’t come back for two weeks. I was adamant they come back the same day because my husband is deathly allergic. After a brief hold, I was told they would return same day. They did not. I called the following morning to cancel my new two year contract because the customer service was obviously upsold and what I requested be done was not. Looking at my bank account, I still noticed a charge. I called them to request a refund since what I asked to be serviced was not. Was told they still serviced my house so they were not going to give me a refund. To the salesman who told me if I was not completely satisfied that I would get a refund: LIAR! Now I have to pay someone else AGAIN for this same service. This was just my experience, maybe you’ll have a better one 7/16…Still waiting on that call…
