If the technician is available before the end of the day, I will be at my house for the rest of the day, and currently do have the gate into the backyard unlocked. They started out doing well, however now they never come out to spray per contract I can't get anyone when I call yet they hit my bank every month for paying for a service they are not providing. I guess I will have to go to their office and stopped them from drafting money from my account.

I have been trying to cancel my services for months now. The reason: over-promised services and very disappointing delivery. Because I live in Rockport, Texas, I am usually the last one on their schedule, and every single time I get a call from their technicians letting me know they are still about 2 hours away when it is already 7 p.m. They sound exhausted and like they don't want to come and service my home. I just tell them to reschedule me for an earlier call, but I never get a call confirmation until they are in the "neighborhood." I have had their services for almost a year, and they have not treated my home inside. I hope that by leaving this review, they will answer my phone calls or call me back. This time I took a screenshot of my waiting time. I'm not sure if this is the type of service we should expect from any business.

Dequan Wade Was outstanding at his job, he did excellent work on my home performing outside pest control treatment. I was amazed by his dedication and the way he performed every stages by spraying on windows first than putting some powder for small insects on the air vent than putting insect traps in garage than spraying the main heavy duty pesticide around the house and some other stuff on ground to keep the bugs away from house and at the end of the service he even cleaned all the spiders nest around the house. Great service by him.

Very nice technician. Looks like he did the outside very well. I was leaving for an appointment at the time so I may have to call and set up an inside treatment. He was very good about explaining that that he could come back and do that if I called.
