The service I have received from Fox has been extraordinary when they stepped on my front porch that day introducing themselves and letting me know they were in the neighborhood. It was like a breath of fresh air to me. I welcomed them with open arms. Our home was built on farmland 30 years ago. Made into a nice subdivision. That being said it comes with its little this a that’s of life from outside. Fox to the RESCUE !! Spiders a mice gone. . Josh is my guy wonderful and takes care of, very attentive to my home’s needs inside and out. Explains its needs and exactly what is being done and used. No harm to my animals either. He even takes his time asking if I have any concerns. Not a in an out kind of guy. Fox will come in between your regular schedule times. Just hope on to your portal or give them a shout. No extra cost. They are so accommodating , polite and ready to remedy.

My technician, Ed Bernard, is truly excellent! He comes when he says he’s going to come. He spends as much time as necessary to address all of my needs and concerns. His knowledgeable and hard-working. He’s genuinely interested in all of my concerns and works hard to address them. He’s friendly, polite and puts on booties when he comes in the house.

I have had Fox service for less than a year but I am very satisfied thus far. When I had a pest problem, they were responsive. The technicians were polite and professional. I find all of the pest control services in this NY location to be very expensive compared to my prior home in the South but Fox is definitely competitive for this area. I recommend them.

I have been with fox pest control for several months now and was not very happy in the beginning with the service but i was say Peter is An AMAZING Technician. Hes very informative very responsive, poliet, understanding and his work ethic is excellent. Thank you to peter for doing such a great job at trying to help knock out our pest issues and also timothy was very courteous and respectful. My home is a very personal space for me and family and we are very grateful to have a team now that respects our home and has great work ethic.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is nothing but dishonest and manipulative. They flat-out lied about their prices, promised we wouldn’t be charged unless we were satisfied, then tried to hit us with a $250 cancellation fee for a job they didn’t even finish. When I called, they were rude, unapologetic, and completely inconsiderate. Their pricing is deceptive, their sales tactics are pushy, and it’s obvious they had a hidden agenda from the start. Even after I asked to cancel, they still tried to lock us into monthly charges we never agreed to. I told them I’d leave a bad review, and they couldn’t care less—which shows how little they value customers. They did end up not charging us but do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. (The only decent part of this whole mess was the tech, Mario—he was respectful, patient, and professional. Too bad the company itself is the complete opposite.)
