The most recent visit was especially helpful since a dead rodent surprisingly came out when the technician pulled the attic stairs down. I hope that never happens to me! I appreciate having friendly and honorable technicians in our home.

The tech came as expected, was personable and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He also described some of the short and longer term results to expect. There was a problem because the day after, my kitchen was filled with big black flies which had never happened before and I did not expect. I noticed them while preparing dinner. Ugh! I'm worried they'll spread through the house. One precaution that was indicated (putting wire to cover an hole in my garage door) wasn't done.

The technician provided excellent service, introducing himself on arrival asking if we had any questions or concerns, including focusing on specific areas of concern along a fence line and maintaining a safe distance from a neighbor's garden. When the Yard Enjoyment service was done, he let us know, including when we could resume normal use of the treated areas.

These technicians are great, they are super respectful of our property and in letting us know well in advance as well as time of arrival on the day, to keep our doggos and themselves safe. They always send photos and a detailed document of what they did while they were here, in the event that we were not home upon their arrival. Good team of people. My question is was the covered deck and utility shed treated? I see no documentation that this was done. My security camera's did not pick up any activity in these areas.

Being a former customer of Trugreen for years and all the problems I had, I was initially very skeptical. When Josh came for the first home inspection, the skepticism immediately left. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and answered every question I had thoroughly. I live on a lake, which has its own challenges when it comes to pests and bugs. Brian was our Tech for the inspection. What a great guy! Very friendly, answered all of our questions. We were telling him we had a problem with bees last year , late summer, we did not realize FOX took care of bees. We do now and will be calling them if the bees come back this summer!!!! For sure!!! Will not hesitate to call FOX or recommend FOX to friends and neighbors. They are great!!!!!

Quentin was so courteous and thorough. He patiently put shoe covers on every time he entered the house so he didn't bring the snow with him and was sweet with our cat too. He called ahead of arrival so I was ready to show him the issues we were having which was a huge help! Fantastic service from a knowledgeable and kind human was a bright spot in my day today.
