Joshua did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough and listened intently to the problem. Because of his attention to detail he found 3 hives at our house and remediated them. I would like to request Joshua to always take care of the service at our house.

Jose did an outstanding job. He was thorough and went out of his way to explain everything clearly. Not only does Fox always do an excellent job but the customer service that they clearly value is above and beyond… we greatly appreciate that!

The technician David Hulett was very instrumental and knowledgeable during our interaction prior to services being rendered. He contacted me via telephone and text, which was comforting as it gave me time to prep for his arrival. This was the second treatment I received and both times, the technicians were punctual and swift throughout the process. What I love best is the "no fumes" from the solution being used to treat the areas requested.

Great service from Robert and Bob! They were friendly, professional, and very thorough. They noticed a hole around my AC line that could be an entry point for pests and took the time to seal it with steel wool. I really appreciated their attention to detail and helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a serious bee problem last year and our technician from Fox Pest Control assessed the situation and explained a suggested plan and then took immediate action. He was polite and respectful but also very knowledgeable. There is always communication before each treatment and after. So glad I purchased the annual treatment program. It's working!

Fox rep came to the door, approached us for services. I showed the gentleman my yard and he went over the various options for service. I agreed on a plan that best fit our needs. A technician contacted us later the same day for the first application. He was courteous, explained exactly what he was doing, and efficiently applied the treatment.

Cassius was amazing. Came over for ant issue, had been hearing a bird in the basement, something he did not have to look into as outside job duties. He went down there, got the bird and took it outside!!! He is OUTSTANDING!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review CHRIS WHEELOCK came out to my vacant rental home to tackle a outdoor-entry basement rodent issue, and he was fantastic from the start. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in a way that made it clear he does not play games with pests. He explained everything before he got started and checked every corner—inside and out—with true “I’m on a mission” energy. Then came the moment that completely caught me off guard. As I was heading out, Chris knocked on the door with something hidden behind his back… and revealed he’d already baited and taken out a rat. He delivered the news so casually that I needed a second to catch up. One minute I’m grabbing my keys, the next I’m witnessing a surprise plot twist in a pest‑control thriller. I was genuinely impressed! I’m extremely happy with today’s appointment and confident the problem is on it's way out thanks to Fox Pest Control. The yearly plan is also a great value, with perks like insect spraying and follow‑up visits. Truly a great experience.
