⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review CHRIS WHEELOCK came out to my vacant rental home to tackle a outdoor-entry basement rodent issue, and he was fantastic from the start. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in a way that made it clear he does not play games with pests. He explained everything before he got started and checked every corner—inside and out—with true “I’m on a mission” energy. Then came the moment that completely caught me off guard. As I was heading out, Chris knocked on the door with something hidden behind his back… and revealed he’d already baited and taken out a rat. He delivered the news so casually that I needed a second to catch up. One minute I’m grabbing my keys, the next I’m witnessing a surprise plot twist in a pest‑control thriller. I was genuinely impressed! I’m extremely happy with today’s appointment and confident the problem is on it's way out thanks to Fox Pest Control. The yearly plan is also a great value, with perks like insect spraying and follow‑up visits. Truly a great experience.

There were 2 techs on this visit. The visit was brief it seemed to me. They did tell me there were no problems and they had checked the baited areas. I read the report. I was surprised to find a picture of what was described as a potential "vole tunnel". The picture is a close-up of the hole but I cannot determine exactly where that is located by the house based on the picture. The techs did not tell me about the possible tunnel.

Drue was AMAZING! He addressed my concerns completely with professionalism. During his visit I shared with him that I recently became a widow and was now handling all this "house stuff" myself. Trevor was called today to help solve our yellow jacket issue. It took him less than 10 minutes to observe the area and locate the bee's nesting place. He suited up and sprayed the area, explaining the nature of the insect and what to watch for. Trevor also surveyed our house perimeter looking for stink bugs that we complained of. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the insects and his willingness to take the time to explain everything to us. Great job!

We had an issue with yellow jackets. Suddenly found multiple in our kitchen, not sure how they were getting in. Noticed big activity high up on our roof. FOX came in right away, sprayed the enyire property and educated us on what was to happen and the timeline to expect. The person who came was fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
