Tech was great. But I have noticed, that we are still getting some pests inside the house, not as many, but still more than I like. We are getting spiders and ants in the house. Also the detached garage, is still pretty bad with all kinds of bugs. My next scheduled spray is 9/11, can you please spray a little extra? Thanks so much.

They’re good at Lying. Lack respect. Knocking on my door at 7 in the morning with multiple signs in the neighborhood that clearly read No Soliciting. Came by again later in the day. I answered the door and before I can finish saying we’re not interested he interrupted me and continued to try to sell me the service. I also told him that I have him on camera earlier in the day driving fast in front of our house. They clearly don’t follow speed limits. It’s summer time and me and my neighbors all have kids that play outside. He didn’t apologize for speeding and shouldn’t have came twice to my door with signs posted in the neighborhood that say No soliciting”. Very rude and unprofessional

Absolutely frustrating experience with Fox Pest Control. I prepaid for a full year of service, expecting a seamless experience, but instead, I was inexplicably overcharged by $200! To make matters worse, when I contacted them to resolve this blatant billing mistake, I was told it would take an astounding 3 to 5 weeks for a reimbursement check to even be mailed out. This is completely unacceptable. It's a huge inconvenience and shows a real lack of regard for their customers. I'm left out of pocket due to their error, with no quick resolution in sight. Definitely reconsider using their services if you value accurate billing and timely customer service.

Disaster of a company to attempt to work with. We have had 2 commercial properties with Fox and personal property. Personal property we were charged monthly and we have verified multiple months that no technician showed up on the dates charged. Commercial property - would not come to retest between service when bugs were seen and present. *regardless of their “guarantee to retreat between service when needed” Have been trying for multiple weeks to restart service at 1 commercial location. 2 emails - no response. Called - sent tech to wrong address. Did not correct as they “didn’t have another slot available” Called and rescheduled for the next day- no showed. Finally had someone come out to quote and quoted $450 for initial service fee (which no one in their local office could answer for why that was so high as the inspector “didn’t leave any notes on the account” Called again - no managers available. Transferred 3 times to “someone who can handle this” Just to be sent back to reception so she can schedule a call next week with an account manager. Not worth the time, hassle or massive headache to deal with this company. Being frustrated and am canceling all service with this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of my technician, Thomas. He was extremely kind and courteous took the time to explain his processes and billing for me. I thoroughly recommend this company as they are honest and professional and make something as unpleasant as spraying for bugs doable.
