I hate door to door sales, if I have the need for something I will do my research and call a reputable company. If a neighborhood has a red sign at the entrance saying no solicitation then they need to respect that. Not only does this company not respect that they also ignore signs on doors saying No Soliciting.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use Fox Pest control due to family emergencies. Unfortunately, my card was charged before services were rendered. I called to get this situated and they were absolutely amazing. I even received a hand written card in the mail sending condolences. Thank you all for everything. Once I am settled I will be returning. Malachi you were absolutely amazing from the beginning. Amazing customer service from such a young man. You’ll go far if you keep up the great work. The service we receive from Fox is always top notch! They are great at communicating when your service will be in the days leading up to your scheduled visit & always give you a call when they’re 30 minutes or so away. They're always very accommodating with service requests (ex: only outside spraying this visit, both outside & inside next visit, etc.) & are consistently thorough with assessments. Troy W. is always exceptionally friendly, professional, & efficient! I highly recommend him & Fox for all things pest control.

Do not fall for the predatory practices of the team members convincing you to sign up. Federal law states you have 3 days to back out of your contract AND legally required to give a refund. We signed the contract, they sent someone to service the property the next day and when we called to back out of the contract within the three day window they let us cancel but kept the $144! If you sign up, do NOT let them service your property until the 3 day window has passed and you are ABSOLUTELY sure you want to use their services. We won’t be returning. Had they issued us a refund, we absolutely would’ve considered them in the future. We will be happily going back to Greenix. The supervisor is the one who decided to not refund the $144. So now we have paid TWO pest control services in the same month, versus one. We CANCELLED our other service for fox. Time and money WASTED.

Best technician we have ever had. Wish all Pest control technicians did the amazing job he did. I will request him every time. Troy should be the example of how to treat a home. It is concerning I pay the same for other technicians that don’t do as thorough of a job.

In the four years I have been a customer of Fox, I have never had anything other than courteous, professional, friendly service. Jeremie has continued that tradition. He let me know when he expected to arrive, arrived on time, and did his job so quietly that the dogs didn’t even know he was here.

Technician is always good… but spraying for anything when it’s been raining and/or will rain very soon shows lack of caring on the company’s part for a premium cost service. The service should be automatically rescheduled or the customer should be asked if they want it rescheduled.

Overall experience is great, with great service. They’re available anytime you need them for extermination and very respectful of your home and your time. Mr. Warren does an excellent job and is very thorough in his work that he does.

Honestly, the technicians are super nice and helpful. However, the price is too costly and I tried cancelling the service last year and they called and gave me a "deal". Well the price went up quite a bit more for 2026 so I emailed on December 1, 2025 to cancel even before i got notification of the price increase. I knew they were getting close to doing another service. They didn't respond until Dec. 9 with another "deal". I responded right back and said please cancel. They went ahead and did a service on Dec. 15. No notice they were doing a service until the technician texted me stating he was at our house and did i want them to go inside. I was working and tried to catch the technician to stop but they had already done the service. The technician had no idea that i had requested cancellation. My email states i do not want this service - why won't they cancel. I do think $169.50 every quarter is WAY TOO MUCH to pay for pest control. Please just cancel my service. Plus i should get a refund for my last payment because i requested cancellation before the service happened. Maybe this review will help them finally cancel our service. If not, I guess I'll call their corporate office.
