I had a terrible experience with this company. I was told by the salesperson that the service would cost $85 initially with the monthly payment being the same going forward. Instead, I was charged $90 for the first visit and later found out they’re planning to charge me $120 going forward. That is not what I agreed to. To make matters worse, the salesperson completed the agreement on my behalf by checking all of the boxes without ever showing me the contract or giving me the opportunity to review or accept the terms myself. I didn’t even see the plan before it was submitted. He just handed me the phone while explaining I’m signing for exactly what he previously explained to me which was 85$/month. Spray and dewebbing. The quality of the service was just as disappointing. After the technician left, there were still cobwebs all over my back door, making it seem like the job was rushed or incomplete. If this company wants loyal, long-term customers, they need to stop misleading people about pricing and be transparent about what they’re signing up for. Between the misleading sales tactics and poor-quality service, I would not recommend this company. I will take the hit and will be cancelling my entire plan.

Deceptive Sales Tactics and False Information -- Look at all the negative sales reviews!!! -- click "new" feedback! I recently had a highly frustrating experience with a sales rep named Hunter from Fox Pest Control (which is based out of Bloomington). He caught me while I was outside my home here in Springfield, and the entire interaction quickly turned into a high-pressure sale. I told him specifically that I was only interested in getting a quote for a termite treatment; however, he relentlessly tried to push a whole-house and yard treatment package on me instead of just providing a termite quote. The most alarming part of the conversation was when he asked for my last name. I provided it, but I made sure to explicitly state: "I am giving you my information to get a quote. This is not an agreement for service." Instead of respecting that, Hunter told me he was entering my information to put me on the schedule for services tomorrow. Even after I stopped him and gave him yet another chance to just give me a quote for the termites, he went right back to pushing the full package. To top it all off, he blatantly lied to me to try and secure the sale. He claimed that consumers cannot buy "professional" grade pest control chemicals online. That is simply not true. The EPA allows homeowners to purchase the exact same general-use chemicals online—including Demand CS (lambda-cyhalothrin), Termidor (fipronil), Talstar P (bifenthrin), Suspend SC (deltamethrin), and Gentrol (hydroprene). You can buy all of these on places like Amazon and legally apply them to your own property as long as you follow the label instructions. A commercial license is only required if you are spraying someone else's property. The only reason I even engaged with him about professional services to begin with is because the company that makes the Sentricon termite system restricts its sale only to licensed pest control companies. If Fox Pest Control trains their reps to canvas neighborhoods, ignore customer requests, schedule people for services without their consent, and lie about chemical availability, I want absolutely nothing to do with them. Save your time and find a pest control company that actually listens to what you want.

Was cut off on the interstate from a fox pest control truck on 6/20/26 around 8:30 coming from the fast lane probably on his phone to cut across 3 lanes of traffic in an instant almost clipping us in the process making us slam on our breaks to not hit him. Just for him to get off the interstate to go to the dispensary. Extremely professional. On his phone on the interstate cut across 3 lanes of 70 mph traffic almost hitting me and my 4 year old in the car completely oblivious to his surroundings to go to the dispensary.

Finn did a great job inspecting and treating our new home. He was hard working, thorough, and efficient. We had just moved in and he had a lot of boxes and people to work around but did a great job! We have a large yard and he definitely had his work cut out for him. We were very pleased with the service and communication both before and afterward.

Finn arrived to do the first exterior home inspection and spray service. The weather was not in his favor. Very windy and a rain storm was coming in fast. He did the brush down on the outside , put down granules, sprayed the house on the outside and garage inside. He had to leave, no yard fogging done due to the bad storm and rain. I had 1.5 inches of rain in the rain gauge the next morning. I am not sure the work and product Finn used will do any good due to the rain. And, the yard fogging still needs done. The inside was not done either. Nor was the mice protection put in place. Finn did the work he could do and did it well. The weather was the big problem. I want to feel I get the full protection for the price I paid for your service. I paid $235.00 for my first service, with $99.00 a month thereafter. Thank you, Lynda Atchason 1102 Wedgewood Ct. Jonathon did a great job with our yard! I loved being provided pictures of certain spots that were treated, like wasps nests. It was a very quick and easy experience. And lastly I love that I get a bit more peace of mind when it comes to this major tick season and my dogs.
