“I contacted Expert Pest Control for a problem with mice in the attic. Anthony came over and was very informative. He answered all my questions and explained what treatment he was using and why. We walked the perimeter of the property and Anthony gave me advice on changes I could make to reduce further infestations. Its too soon to report on the long term results of the treatment received but so far my experiences have been very positive.”

“Horrible customer service and extremely rude to deal with. Would never recommend them to anyone. We called and asked for an estimate for pest control at a home we are purchasing, we were told this would be a free estimate. They came, did not introduce themselves and just started walking through basement, etc. Once they came upstairs, I was belittled and told that he needed to "speak with my husband." We were told to write a check for $175. When we mentioned we were confused what we were paying for and that this was just suppose to be a free estimate, the man (who ultimately we found out was the owner himself) slammed down his papers and said this is a termite inspection that you NEED to buy the home. Unfortunately they had miscommunication in the office. We had never asked for a termite inspection and he had just assumed that. He stormed off slamming the door behind him. EXTREMELY RUDE, sexist and poor customer service.”
