“A young woman called me up to renewal my services today.... instead of starting off the conversation with "hi... how are you... Your service contract is coming up and I would like to schedule a service for your home and speak to you about renewing your annual service with us...." Nope! She starts off by being rude with no greeting gets my name wrong and continues with I want to schedule your home schedule service and you have to pay the service person that day! Really!!! Then I said... I was planning to renew today but I didn't expect to receive a rude phone call... She responded and I quote "you don't have too" Did she not get the memo to be nice to your customers? With customer service and satisfaction being so closely monitored someone at the company should put her through a training course... You just lost a customer! You should give thanks to your ungrateful employee....”
