I was having an issue with yellow jackets that made a nest in my wall. I was so stressed because they were getting into my apartment through vents/walls. My whole experience with Orkin was wonderful…. From my frantic call to the customer service late in the afternoon who were able to schedule an appointment for early the following morning to David the exterminator that came and handled the issue quickly and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. My appointment window was 2-4pm. My technician Jordan called and said he was finishing up another job and could actually arrive before 2pm. This was great for me. He got right down to business. He observed the external area where the yellow jackets were entering and then knew exactly where to start the treatment. He worked on the area until there was no more buzzing from the internal wall where I could hear the yellow jackets. He treated the surrounding area on the external entry point and made sure the nest was inactive. I was very satisfied with Jordan’s professionalism and thoroughness. The cost was more than other companies I called, but Orkin’s reviews were much better than the others. Now I know why.

It was so severe employees could not leave the building forcing them to exit thru a rear door and walking around the block to their vehicles.
