“U contacted Scott via text on 2/22/17 regarding I had just killed a cockroach on my porch and they treated my home 2 weeks ago. I sent him a picture of the cockroach as well. His response: "Our product is not a kill in contact. We don't guarantee you won't see bugs. We control the population of them." I replied, "So what do u guarantee? Seems as if they come within the treated perimeter, their should be some type of effect. Like I said, was just treated 2 weeks ago. He called me being irate and stating I was questioning his expertise. I proceeded to advise him that wasn't the case and that I was reiterating that I had treatment 2 weeks ago. I tried to diffyse the situation but his tone got worse and he continued to speak over me. I stated, you are being very unprofessional. His response, "If you don't like my service, go elsewhere." I advised him that I would and for him to terminate service ASAP! When I was speaking to him I had him on speaker phone with another vendor in the room and his comment was, Wow never heard that type of conversation from a vendor to a customer." If you are reading this and have doubt what I'm saying, contact Jason of Alpha Omega Electric. He will verify what I'm writing is accurate. HORRIBLE Customer Service.”
