“I moved from Augusta last year. Twice I had to call and ask why they are still deducting funds from my bank acct. They apologized and issued me a refund. After the second time I asked that they remove my bank information from their records. They stated they did. They just charged it again for another $90 this month. They lied to me and have no idea how to run the business. During the time they were servicing my house, the bug guy would never call and show at random times. I suggest a more reputable company. I have asked for a manager to call me to let me know what we need to do to ensure this never happens again and I still have not received a call and still not received the refund for the third time they charged my acct.”
