“I called to point out a time contradiction between work actually done and what the invoice said "should" be done. The company prints an allotted time required for the job on the invoice. I happened to notice one day while signing the invoice that the new temp. spray tech didn't stay the full time. We have a huge church with a substantial amount of rooms which I made sure were unlocked and accessible. When Parker called to schedule our quarterly, I was very polite in mentioning the amount of time spent here is a bit off from what the invoice says. I received a harsh response right away. The woman on the phone was defensive, to say the least. The conversation ended in my having to over-explain myself at each defense and my reassurance that I was not making any derogatory statements about the company. Its employees. Or its chemicals (after having to ask politely if she would let me finish as she kept interrupting me and was about to hang up on me). I couldn't understand why the woman was so adamant on defending the company, its employees, and its chemicals when I had not brought them up. She did. My simple point was that I noticed an inadequate stay-to-spray in comparison to the time pre-printed on the invoice. Before it was over, I just had to ask who I was speaking to (I will leave it anonymous) and in her announcement as to who she was I couldn't believe it! Some people just let it all get to their heads, I guess. I gave a 3 star because the man who comes to spray is always very polite and courteous and YES the chemicals do work.”

“Great Service, Great Prices and affective! Thank You Parker Exterminating!!! With all the rain we unfortunately had some Ants move in. I called Parker Exterminators and had great Customer Service over the Phone and by the Exterminator. I told the receptionist I really needed someone out that day(because they had gotten into our cabinets) and she made it happen! The Exterminator (Caleb) showed up that evening and inspected the Ant problem and did a thorough treatment inside and out and the Ants we’re pretty much gone the next morning. I am sensitive to Chemicals due to a disability and he didn’t mind me following him around. He took his time on our 2000sft home and didn’t miss a beat. I got a follow up call the next day and scheduled them to do a check-up. Seriously, extremely impressed.”
