“STAY AWAY - We moved into our house last summer and had them come out for our first treatment. At that time, they asked to have us sign a contract. We declined because we hadn't had a chance to see the effectiveness of their services yet. A few months later they called to schedule their next visit and we declined because we weren't thrilled with the services. A week later we got a card in the mail, "your next service is scheduled for this coming Tuesday!" Instructing us to call and reschedule. "IF you're not home, we'll treat the outside"....and then bill you. Confused, I called them again and reiterated that we had not requested another visit. Renee on the phone suddenly got rude and started talking about how we had signed an agreement - I explained we hadn't and she said, "Well you should have and normally there's a $100 cancelation fee!" EXACTLY the reason we hadn't signed anything. After some back and forth she canceled the service we had never asked for and acted like she was doing us a favor by not charging us $100. There are MANY more accommodating, nicer and less sleezy services out there...save yourself the trouble.”
