“We hired Todd to remove squirrels from the attic. After a few days he removed traps and sealed the entry hole. Obviously the seal was not done properly enough to keep the squirrels out. They returned and made a new hole right in the same spot the seal was done. So, we have squirrels the same night he left. We paid almost $600.00 promptly that day, he assured was completed. Not knowing the issue at that time. That was a big mistake! Todd says he will set the traps again but want us to pay for any squirrels caught. I refused as the inferiority of the seal he installed. We were charged $140.00 to seal two holes. Where squirrels entered back into only a few hours later. For the incompetent job of the small sheet metal pieces screw to rotted wood. Shame to have to take him to court to settle the matter. He was not responsible for screwing seals to rotted wood? Please! I would not recommend his services for anything.”
