“I swear, this is a true story. We were having such a serious issue with squirrels that it was attracting predatory animals to our farm. We were kind of putting up with it to a degree, but it wasn't long before we seriously started seeing coyotes and wolves chasing after the squirrels. They were soon after our chickens and even looking at other animals. We were very fearful. The problem got extremely hazardous when we let our dog out one day and a coyote came chasing after it. My husband was actually able to scare off the coyote in time before it got to our dog, but we knew something had to be done. We call the local animal control, but they told us they could have someone sitting out there waiting to see if a coyote showed. Nice to know you can count on the government when you have a problem. We took a risk that these guys might be able to do something for us, and they talk to us about getting rid of our problem. It was in the coyotes or wolves – it was the squirrels. If we could rid ourselves or greatly reduce their numbers we would keep those other animals away. They sent out a pair of guys to come out and look at what they can do. They sprayed across the property with some kind of chemical agent that was not dangerous to our animals but would deter the squirrels from coming. The numbers decreased quickly and it wasn't long before we weren't seeing those predatory animals anymore. We were so thankful for the job that Eric and Mike did. I mean, we honestly cannot express how happy we are. This was a very dangerous situation that they help to de-escalate.”
