“Worthless. They treated my apartment twice and the bugs are still there. The second time they came, the guy was in my apartment for less than five minutes. Before I locked the door, I opened it to see if I could at least smell any chemicals they used. Not a whiff! They're a complete rip-off. I still have critters everywhere. I spoke to several other companies about proper procedures for bug spraying. This company didn't follow a single recommendation that other more professional companies use.
