“A classic case of inertia selling. Ask them to for one treatment and they keep coming, without even knocking on the door. Now forced to pay for treatment we did not want or need. Agent on phone was very rude and even mentioned collection agency during my protestations. He must be familiar with these kind of calls and totally defensive. Be careful not to leave the door open for repeat calls.”

“I first saw my Will Kil representative on February 11. He was late by an hour and did not call. I had spotted a mouse in my house. He set several traps and a follow-up appointment was made. The next appointment was on February 23; when he was 20 minutes late; again no call. He checked the traps and said he would be back in three weeks. Now, 6 weeks later; after I've paid my yearly fee; I have not heard from my representative. I have called customer service twice to speak with a manager and as of this writing have not heard back from the manager. I asked for a refund and was told by customer service that I need to talk to the manager for that; but he's not returning my calls. I have a sickened feeling that I"m out $500. BUYER BEWARE!”

“Called Wil-Kil for a bug infestation. Aside from being over $900 higher than the other Pest control companies, they do not follow up on leads and are very unprofessional . The receptionist said she would have her technician give me a call and leave a VM since I explained I was at work and may not answer. The technician never called, never left a VM so I called back hours later- she again assured me he would be calling. It is days later and I never received a call. And of course, they lost our business”
