“I got in contact with Universal through one of my friends. I was having some issues with rodents within my home and the traps I was using weren't really doing the trick. When I called and made an appointment the technician was very polite and calm over the phone. The day of our appointment he arrived 15 min early as I was on my way home from work. As he proceeded to do the work I sort of followed him around and just watched as he worked. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions that I had asked him, this being my first time using an exterminator. It was set up in a way so that I wouldn't have to constantly look at all the traps and after the work was done he also gave me some monitoring tips. From the day of to a two weeks later I noticed less and less of them to the point where they were no longer around. I called him up a few days later for a follow up visit and he was happy to me and to see that I was happy with the results. After the follow up I had no more issues and was relieved. Even bough It was first time using his service, I would definitely recommend! UNIVERSAL IS A MUST!”
