My first time and definitely not my last. I like that they were very communitave. My original technician couldn't make it but, they still made sure to send someone out last night to my apartment. Braillen my technician was great. I do hope my issue was resolved. I feel for sure that it was.

So far I was pleasantly surprised. Orkin sent a person the same day. Juan was great! He was very polite and thorough. He checked for places mice could enter the house. Then he sealed the holes where he could. He also showed me that the boxes left by the other company were not touched, because mice does not like them:( Glad I did not choose the company I used last.

They wont help you when you need them the most. I locked myself on a loan with them, explained I needed some help with extending the payment because I lost my job and they just didn’t care, I am locked on loan I cant pay, have to use my food money so i dont ran interest fees, no help at all, and i dont even know if my house is truly protected. Buy your own things on amazon and dig it in yourself, you will be able to monitor yourself and even prevent damage much sooner, is been a horrible experience and they were suppose to be the best.
