“I recently moved from MI to AZ (Anthem) and it is a whole new wonderful world! I have learned about window tinting (house and car), what plants to buy, making legal U-turns and discovering bugs unknown in MI! I just had Titan Pest Control out and was amazed with the service (thanks to Justin McElroy). He spent an hour at my home explaining everything to me in great detail about pest control inside and out, what to look for, prices, and answered my questions about plants, landscape and the safety of my dog with the various sprays. I now feel was able to make a proper decision about the programs to best suit the needs of my property. The interior and exterior of my home are now treated to control termites, scorpions, spiders and all 4-8 legged bugs! Justin sprayed the inside and outside for bug control for FREE as a service from Titan (who does that?). At first I was skeptical, but there were no strings attached, no pressure, no any commitment or contract. I thought that was wonderful. I inquired what it would cost to have it done on a regular basis and was quoted $39.00! That includes the interior and exterior of the house, as well as the landscape area (around the walls and fence). I plan to have him return on a regular basis. I have a separate program for termites. Additionally, the termite program includes an optional annual warranty for only $125.00, which I purchased. I found these prices reasonable for peace of mind to keep my home and surrounding area free of termites, spiders, scorpions and all bugs. I highly recommend this company (I only got a quote from one other); but hands down pleased with the professionalism of Titan of Anthem. As a side note - request Justin if you call for a quote or service. He was wonderful, patient, professional, yet personable.
