“We moved into a new construction and needed to find a good pest control service to keep the creepy crawlies at bay. My wife did some research and found Bill's. She gave them a call and explained our needs and concern for safe products to be used around our small dog and toddler. Loretta and Karen came right on time, despite the fact that we accidentally gave them the wrong address for our new place. They were friendly, thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Loretta did a walk-around of my house with me pointing out all the little cracks and crevices that I should seal up for optimal pest avoidance. She found spaces that were hardly visible and it was clear she had years of experience to know just where to look. Karen handled the inside portion and pointed out all the areas I'd need to seal up on the inside. Both were very friendly, joked around and made the experience pretty entertaining. We signed up for a monthly maintenance program with them at what I believe is an very reasonable price. So glad we were able to find a quality local business with personality and passion versus a corporate national chain.”
