“Wow, what an experience! We knew termites were out there but hoped we would never have to deal with them ourselves. Then one day I came home and poof there were like a thousand little termites in my living room (most dead already). I freaked out and started calling places to come and take a look. I contacted 4 different companies all from yelp. We ended up getting our house fumigated by W Squared and we just couldn't be happier with every aspect of their service. From our initial inspection with Jake, till the tarps came off. The service and professionalism was truly amazing. I even had some last minute questions and emailed him around 10:00pm the night before the fumigation and he immediately emailed back, it just shows that he really cares about his customers and really wants to assist them in any way he can. We really appreciated the fact that Jake was anything but a pushy salesman, giving us ample time to weigh our options and let us make the decision. “Jake is a high-caliber, reliable, punctual, and responsible individual. Absolutely. I have been receiving quarterly pest-control service at my home in San Diego for about a year now and will definitely continue to do so. Jake owns his company, W2 Termite & Pest Management. Billing is super simple and efficient. When it's time for the quarterly service, he sends a txt as a reminder and bills via email. Last year, I needed to find a solution to help control the growing population poisonous spiders in my yard and exterior structures of my house and garage. I searched quite diligently and spoke with/received quotes from three different companies. Jake's rates are definitely competitive and well worth it! Jake came to my home and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and discuss issues at my property. He didn't try to "sell" me on quarterly service or pressure me with contracts or the like. I was so happy with the first visit and Jake's candor that I called him back to set up quarterly service. Not long ago, I noticed that bees had set up a HUGE hive in one of my bougainvillea. Granted, I love the bees and love having them around, but if you've ever been around a hive of bees protecting their queen, it's another story. There were literally hundreds of them swarming my backyard. I called Jake and asked what I should do and he said, "I'll be there to take care of it ASAP." It's actually part of the service he provides when you are receiving regular service from him. I am aware that if I'd have had to hire a company to come out specifically to address the hive problem it would have cost a service visit (probably ~$100 or more). “Local business that is Honest, Quick and Reliable, what else is there? Been dealing with Jake for around 5 years and would never consider using anyone else. We worked with him on tenting our house and the on going maintenance for termites and have been satisfied at every turn. When we bought a new house the sellers agent said they already had a termite inspection. First thing I did was send Jake their report and ask him to go out, verify the findings and let me know his thoughts on the property. It was some of the best money I have ever spent.
