We've been using Terminix for years and our technician Tony has always gone above and beyond. He actually cares about what he does which now a days is hard to find sometimes. Tony is always happy to help with any of our pest problems. He's kind, courteous, and always gets the job done. I also really appreciate how he takes time to go over everything he did. I highly recommend Tony and Terminix!

Their website says they handle skunks so I called about getting a skunk removed from my property. I made it very clear I had a skunk issue. Two weeks later (the day of the appointment) the contractor calls asking for clarification about my mouse issue. I said I don't have a mouse issue I have a skunk issue. He says they don't deal with skunks and doesn't have a trapper for them. I delayed my vacation by a day so I could meet them at my property. I tried calling Terminix directly since I know some of these jobs are done by a third party contractor. I call and the recording asks me to put in my phone number (I do) and then asks me to put in my zip code (I do) and then the line gets disconnected. I tried calling the branch directly, same thing. I will not be calling them in the future.

Tony was great let me know he was on the way and listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. Tony even caulked a potential entry point for mice and moles which was part of the reason for having them back out. I don’t consider this a call back and I expect a bill for his prompt courteous service. Much appreciated for the great service

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with this company! They have kept our home pest-free for years. Our most recent experience with Tony prompted me to finally take the time to leave this review. He was especially thorough in his inspection - knocking down webs, using residual insecticide, and even drawing our attention to two different gaps on our exterior that might allow unwanted furry friends into our home. He even went as far as to fill one of the gaps with steel wool - and, even more, he snapped pictures of these areas to draw our attention to them as we were not home at the time of service. Thank you, Tony, for showing us that good customer service still exists out there!

Our technician Tony is the absolute best. He's always timely and communicates when he'll be there and how the bait stations are doing. Terminex has absolutely helped with the rodent issue when our city who caused the problem in the neighborhood was zero help.

Chuck from Terminex was extremely professional and safely located and removed two very large honey bee hives from our attic and relocated them to a bee farm. It was a complex job and required two cut outs in our ceiling in order to access the bees. He also cleaned the attic area thoroughly after relocating the bees and recommended a dry waller who promptly repaired the ceiling. Chuck was great to work with and has a lot of expertise in this area. I would highly recommend him!
