We had an ant issue and one visit later we’re ant free. We’ll continue to monitor and get the free between treatment return if necessary. Our technician was quick and efficient. He addressed my concerns regarding chemicals around our house, pets and provided me full information on all the products that they were using. There was a 1-month follow-up and the treatments have held.

Terminix was great. I had called another national chain earlier which tried to oversell me in a less than honorable way. Terminix however was straightforward, honest and priced reasonably. It's technician ( Darcel ) was punctual bothl times she was due at my house, friendly, seemed knowledgeable and took care of my problem . I will use them again, if needed in the future.

We had had a horrible ant problem for years - every spring and summer they would come back in the kitchen, in the bathroom, sometimes popping up in other rooms through the outlets. We didn’t know what to do, so I found Terminix online and set up an appt. Literally within two weeks they were ALL gone! Over a year later I’ve still not seen a single ant. My assigned tech is friendly, knowledgeable, & I can text him anytime for help. I’m so happy that I signed up and I recommend anyone else to do the same!

Ben from Terminix did my service today and as always he did a fabulous job. He is always friendly, and very thorough and complete on all surfaces inside and outside of our home. I’ve had several types of pests including wasp and yellow jacket nests outside the house and Sugar ants and carpet beetles inside the house. He always removes spider webs on the outside of the house and leaves everything treated for whatever pests exits! I can always count on him and I highly recommend him for any and all of your needs! ?

I've been using terminix for over a year now and only have positive things to say. What makes them better than other local companies are there technicians. John has been my tech for quite a while now and he goes above and beyond trying to help us keep the ants out of the house. He is always on time (sends a text when he's on his way), very professional and it feels like he's on a mission to get rid of the ants which I completely appreciate. In the last month I've had two local companies knock on my door with a very hard sales tactic. I feel like when I tell them I use terminix they even go harder. One company said that they could get rid of the ants using a natural spray. After that come and I realized this person knew nothing about the West Seattle ant issue. I highly recommend terminix and if you're lucky enough to get John as your tech you will thank me.
