I have used Terminex for 6 months, we are still getting bits from spiders and mice in the house. the guy who comes to the house “Chris” is great, however, if you want anything done from customer service they will jerk you around. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes to get Jerry on the horn from FL who gave me his whole 6 minutes and he was as incompetent as could be. He could not answer any questions I asked and was unable to offer any help about my problems. If you want service this is not the place to come.. having call centers with unknowledgeable staff and incompetent leadership is not a good combination. Train your staff and teach them about the business they are in. #Terminexplease #incompetent In response to your reply; I talked to the local “manager” who should by all means be fired for her unprofessional attitude and clearly unhappy approach to dealing with customers. She told me I would receive a refund, soon after she tried talking over me repeatedly, I got upset and she then said she would no longer give a refund as she was being petty. I told her I would proceed with a lawsuit and she then changed her tone again. DO NOT USE TERMINEX! THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT THIER JOBS AND DON’T CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.

10 Hands down because of Nick Bertot. He is the most knowledgeable, thorough, and patient tech. I keep his number for if I have questions year after year. I would have cancelled my service years ago if it weren't for him and his detailed work ethic.

Still waiting over 6 months finish insulation installation. Very difficult to get a hold of someone that has a answer Update (11/5): Terminix response prompted an email to [email protected]. Email was sent the following day. Over a week later, there still has been no response. Changing review to 1 star. On site tech was great but follow-up from management or corporate office is non-existent. Moral of the story: if what you ordered doesn't get done the first time around, don't expect it get fixed afterwards Update (11/11): Terminix did reach out and complete the installation!! On-site staff was great once they knew what needed to be done. Changing review back to 3 stars. Coordination between call center and field techs still needs work, but otherwise good to work with. Just be super-clear about exactly everything you need done.
