Tech did not show up at the time he text would be there. He was there all of 15 minutes and what was explained at the initial inspection did not done. As a matter of fact I don’t know that he even did anything as I was not home to see it myself.

I never really write reviews at all but today I will, Brendan steinsiek is an amazing guy. He told me everything I needed to know about my ant problem that I had. He’s so helpful, respectful, and flat out super cool dude. You can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. I hope when I call terminix I can always ask for him. Thanks Mr steinsiek, you really made everything better, I will reach out next time I need some pest control I will tell everyone to go to them!

FRAUD! I had paid this company for years to manage my pest control. In January of this year, I receieved a $286 bill. On a hunch, I checked my cameras, there was ZERO activity. No one ever showed from Terminex. I called the same day to dispute the bill. They called about the past due bill no less than 70 times, every time, I told them that the service was NOT performed and I am not paying it. Someone was supposed to call me back every time I argued this bill, of course, no one ever did. Now I have a collection agency calling me. I called Terminex to speak to management to get this resolved today, the lady on the phone refused to assist me, refused to transfer me to anyone. The management (if there is any) refuses to come to the phone (no one is ever available except for the people answering the phones) they said "product was used so the bill stands" I AM NOT PAYING FOR PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT USED AT MY PROPERTY! - the cameras don't lie and not one was ever at my property using product. The total lack of customer service from this company is crazy. I had used them, paid on auto pay for 8 years. I have since switched to Mint Pest Control, locally owned and operated. Great group of guys and I don't feel like I am being scammed and lied to. This corporation is a total joke and I will NEVER use them for anything again.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I noticed a dead bed bug on my sons mattress. I hate bugs and immediately called them to have them check it out for me. Mike/john (weird how they call him Mike but his name is John) did a walk through saw no signs of bed bugs aside from the picture of the dead bug I showed him. He practically scared me into using them. He lied and told me that bed bugs don’t need a mate to reproduce. Also that the bed bug situation could be worse than what it seems. (Even though he saw no evidence of bugs aside from the picture) He told me that they would put poison in the walls behind outlets, that they would steam carpets/beds/couches, would put mattress covers on the mattresses, and would spray poison everywhere. He said that this would take atleast 2 hours. When Brandan the exterminator came he was in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. I have cameras in my house and watched him the whole time. He did not put poison in the walls, didn’t steam anything. He sprayed and put cheap mattress covers on my mattresses that don’t even cover the entire mattress. Plus he was on his phone very often just standing around. When I complained to TerminX, John S. AKA mike texted me about the situation. He offered me a discount to refund half of it. When I told him that sounds good he GHOSTED ME. ignored my calls and texts. Never gave me a refund. I’ve called several times trying to fix this and he is now saying that he never spoke with me. (Even though I have text message proof and recording of our phone calls) Anyways he never got back to me, no matter how many times I call TerminX they can’t seem to give me the refund they promised. I finally ended up just paying the 2 GRAND. For 28 minutes of “work” Don’t use this place, they are con artists who lie, scare, and manipulate you into using their services. I ended up using another guy named Spencer, he steamed my carpet and stuff, sprayed, and put poison out for $250. I haven’t seen any bugs since!!! I guess if you want the job done RIGHT use someone local, NOT TERMINX.

Had a technician come by and do service. He He’s very respectful and polite knew what he was saying and what he was doing. Had no problem with him whatsoever.
