I keep Terminix because of the guarantee if i get termite damage Terminix it will repair the damage free of charge. other wise I give them a 3 because the billing department bills me three months in advance of the due date and this policy makes me furious. I called them and told them and got no response as to stop doing it. My next review will be a one star. If the company continues to infuriate me with undue bills.

Tech did not show up at the time he text would be there. He was there all of 15 minutes and what was explained at the initial inspection did not done. As a matter of fact I don’t know that he even did anything as I was not home to see it myself.

He’s so helpful, respectful, and flat out super cool dude. You can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. I hope when I call terminix I can always ask for him. FRAUD! I had paid this company for years to manage my pest control. In January of this year, I receieved a $286 bill. On a hunch, I checked my cameras, there was ZERO activity. No one ever showed from Terminex. I called the same day to dispute the bill. They called about the past due bill no less than 70 times, every time, I told them that the service was NOT performed and I am not paying it. Someone was supposed to call me back every time I argued this bill, of course, no one ever did. Now I have a collection agency calling me. I called Terminex to speak to management to get this resolved today, the lady on the phone refused to assist me, refused to transfer me to anyone. The management (if there is any) refuses to come to the phone (no one is ever available except for the people answering the phones) they said "product was used so the bill stands" I AM NOT PAYING FOR PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT USED AT MY PROPERTY! - the cameras don't lie and not one was ever at my property using product. The total lack of customer service from this company is crazy. I had used them, paid on auto pay for 8 years. I have since switched to Mint Pest Control, locally owned and operated. Great group of guys and I don't feel like I am being scammed and lied to. This corporation is a total joke and I will NEVER use them for anything again.
