I had a very negative experience with this company. Gil was assigned as the service coordinator for my home. I paid Terminix $1,600 to seal openings on my roof and within the brick exterior, perform a FLIR camera inspection (to detect heat signatures inside the walls), and set traps in my attic. While the team did seal some holes in the brick and placed traps in the attic, they failed to cover four openings on the roof, which allowed rodents to continue entering and exiting my home. For three consecutive weeks, I contacted the company weekly to have the roof openings addressed and was repeatedly told the work would be completed, but nothing was done. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that the company finally took action. On the fourth week, the roof openings were covered on a Thursday, and new traps were placed on Friday. However, I was then told that the company does not work weekends and that if anything was caught, I would need to handle it myself until the following week. No one returned the next week as promised. That same weekend, a rodent chewed a hole above my kitchen ceiling, entered my home, and ended up living inside my dishwasher. My wife and I were forced to try to capture it ourselves. Overall, the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and delay in completing critical work caused unnecessary stress and ultimately worsened the situation inside our home.

I give Oscar Garcia 5 stars because he is communicative, prompt, detail-oriented, and pleasant. I give Terminix as a company lower stars....closer to 3 because in general they did not communicate well and would schedule and not show. I no longer use their services because of the history of frustrations, yet Oscar was very pleasant to work with on a warranty inspection.

Darius Walker is my absolute favorite tech! He always come with a positive and delightful attitude along with providing excellent customer service. He patiently listens to my concerns and diligently provides a resolution. We need more techs like Darius at Terminix!

Failed to honor contract. Did not spray the agreed-upon front/back yards. One month later, my yard has a major infestation of ants/spiders. Ineffective treatment and no response from the company. Very poor service.

Daniel Lucas is the best technician I've had so far. He is very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the process. Additionally the treatments he performed have been highly effective in eliminating the pest issue we were having. Very prompt as well!

Mark is always very efficient and friendly when he stops by. Not only does he stop and chat to ask about your day but he checks in on his previous services to ensure that everything has remained up to par. Every time he is here doing his job he’s got a smile on his face and a very friendly attitude. We have not had any problems whatsoever and have seen some serious improvement in places we have had reoccurring issues with pests. Thank you for all that you do Mark!
