The professional that came today took care of business. This was her 3rd trip to my house and I can’t do nothing but give credit to her for her work. Very respectful, professional like all the others BUT I felt she listened to me and attacked areas aggressively. She marked every box in a positive. She laid out enough medicine that will be hard for them to survive. I know it takes time but I know it’s off to a great start. I went to Terminex because of how I thought they would do and approach the whole situation. And I was not let down . A+ She gets all the credit for how things are finally going

Absolutely awful experience, massively unprofessional behavior. After they rescheduled our appointment multiple times we received a call with less than two hours notice they would be arriving for an in-depth service which requires moving EVERYTHING out of the kitchen area. I sprang into action, disregarded my days plans and made it happen, covering every available spot in my home with pots, pans, and seasonings only to find the tech, Christopher, has stopped answering his phone & is MIA. The office administration could not contact him, and after they contacted the main Terminex office, found he had gone completely silent on them as well. Now it is 9 pm, my kitchen is scattered around my home, I can’t sleep in my bed which is covered in my glassware, and there is no information on when we will be attended to. They called and asked for us to make a huge accommodation for THEIR schedule then completely ghosted.
